About the Job :

As the Support Data Analyst for the Support team at KeepTruckin, you will be responsible for managing our operations, performance and product related data sets.

This includes developing reports for tracking and performance, performing required analysis, normalizing data sets, troubleshooting data issues, raising concerns and working cross functionally if needed to achieve these things.

A successful candidate will be able to gather the appropriate data to tell a clear and compelling story on Support’s KPIs, new trends / issues or sharing findings with other teams like Product and Engineering.

This is a critical role that will help Support become more data-driven on our way to building a world class organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Own reporting of all Support KPIs, bonus calculations, and Product related issues
  • Ensure that the data presented is clear and accurate
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Generating recurring and adhoc reports from single or multiple systems
  • Qualifications :

  • A degree in one of the following subjects would be preferred :
  • Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance or Economics.

  • 2 years of experience as an Analyst.
  • Should have previous experience of Salesforce and it’s reporting mechanisms.
  • Should be proficient in SQL. Having experience of R+ or Python is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Excel or G-Sheets and their formulas.
  • Having experience of SPSS, SAS etc or statistical packages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant information that’s accurate and in time.
  • Strong soft-skills to be able to present complex analysis in a digestible format to all-sorts’ of audience.
