Education, Skills & Experience

Bachelors & Masters in Marketing & Sales

Trade Marketing / Sales / Ecommerce experience

5 year of experience required

Key Responsibilities

  • Championing Brand Ambassador Programs to drive tertiary sales across Categories Oral & OTC.
  • Drive Wellness portfolio especially BMD Activity in Chain Pharmacies and selected Retail Pharmacies by driving activation for consumer trials
  • Develop E- Commerce Strategy for E Retailors to Drive Online Business
  • Plan Consumer Promotions for E commerce Business in coordination with Brand Team to increase tertiary sales
  • Cluster Market Activation for General Trade
  • Create and execute activity calendar for all promotions, trade activities, instore activation and in-store visibility initiatives.
  • Co-ordinate between sales managers, trade marketing & brand managers to align on activity calendar
  • Monitor & audit on ground execution of promotions, activations and trade activities through field visits.
  • Analyze & evaluate return on investment of all promotions, brand ambassador programs, activations.
  • Provide support to Key Account Managers & Trade marketing in the form of performance reviews and analysis of growing accounts vs struggling accounts and creating strategies for both accordingly.
  • Support Marketing team on ground activation
  • Ensure that A&P spends on all promotions are aligned with Brand MAP objectives & R&A spending is optimized to drive profitable growth.
  • Develop field force capabilities along with improving transparency in field operations to create a high-performance culture to drive business objectives.
