The role is based in Pakistan and will report into Head of Commercials - New Verticals.
Job Description :
Manage the day-to-day activities of a Commercial team ensuring that agreed activities are fulfilled
Monitor agreed activities, sales volume, revenues, against forecasts to identify problem / opportunities areas and adapt procedures
Support the business on the technical aspects of the marketing campaigns and sales promotions; that will help them achieve their sales targets.
Ensure that as an organization we deliver on the value that was promised to our customers at their time of sale
Review and provide feedback around the effectiveness of operations through metrics, dashboard, and regular analysis of our systems and processes
Support and assist in resolving supplier escalations, including participating in vendor communication, developing a strategic solution and working collectively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable university
At least 6 years of progressive experience in roles of similar capacity, with direct experience in merchandising or buying, and category management
Possess a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact revenue, margin, shrinkage and other supplier income
Superb business judgment with a track record of making successful negotiations, building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Able to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
Highly numerate and comfortable giving insights drawn from data
