We’re looking for a passionate and driven Associate Manager, Sales who will be based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Account Management, you will be responsible for planning, executing & managing sales and trade marketing activities to meet company objectives for ROI and profitability, in addition to building relationship with the customers to drive healthy business development.

You’ll have previously worked in an FMCG company managing key accounts and will be looking for a role offering autonomy, a great working culture and the chance to make an impact.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include :

  • Working closely with sales teams within the partner to ensure all trade initiatives have been cascaded effectively and being executed as per the plans
  • Develop forecasts by item / by account / by month via utilizing information from data analysis, coupled with information on the brands, promotions, budgets and objectives
  • Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organization in order to track against shared KPIs and course correct if needed

    You will also have a collaborative and flexible approach.

    Essential requirements include :

  • Solid Sales experience in Account Management gained preferably in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Company
  • University degree
  • Knowledge of the Categories, pertinent Key Customers, and key Competitive set
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Result Driven, self-starter and Acts with integrity
  • People Leadership and Team building skills
  • Self-starter and Acts with integrity
  • Strong analytical Skills and attention to detail
  • Strategic mind set, understands the strategic & tactical nature of the business.
  • Clear understanding of the different channel Go-To-Market principles / strategies, structures Super / Hyper Markets, Wholesale, Distributor, Club.
  • Demonstratable ability to manage up and across organization.
  • Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office
