Job Title : Junior Manager Brand Ambassador Program Department : Customer Development Work Location : Karachi Head Office, Pakistan Role : Permanent Travel required : Yes Main Job Purpose : To develop winning solutions to deliver company’s ambition towards world class BA program within approved budgets through effective planning and execution of strategies.
To foster and drive efficiently the sell out through ensuring the best technical mastery of brand product in stores by the right best practices mix between local and international BA programs. Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for all Brand Ambassador communications & on ground support, devise plans on personal development of Brand Ambassadors.
Liaison with Channels and CD Team for project delivery & brand launches.
Devise training manual and update it regularly in consultation with brand / trade team / other stake holders.
Work with Activation team, agencies and other stakeholders for in store executions and launches.
Ensure BAs training refreshers are done as per alignment with Brand & Cross Category Business Teams , implementing understanding of Brand KPIs and Channel Strategy.
Monitor mystery shopping and monthly BA targets with trade category & shopper marketing teams.
Manage financials for field services and BA Program with senior CD stakeholders.
Relationship management for a win-win with customers Hyper, Metro & LMTs.
Identify drivers for growth in the overall BA Program.
Uplift the Competitive visibility in Store.
Redefine the process post execution analysis with strong analytical skills
Coordinate with Field Team / Regions / Agencies for resolving queries / issues.
Continuously track competitor activities and create a dynamic reporting system;
Devise cost effective and scalable BA program in collaboration with 3p vendor Education & Work Expereince :
Minimum of Bachelors degree is required
Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
A lot of empowerment will be given in this role hence the resource should be good at accountability, responsibility should have strong bias for action.
Basic Information Technology knowledge is a pre-requisite.
Prior experience of making monitoring Dashboards and operating tools like photoshop or Adobe Illustrator will be a plus
Knowledge on visibility materials, Strong Communication and analytical skills, Engaging key project stakeholders, Experience of running a BA Program will be a plus. Required Job Skills :
