  • Identifying and Analyzing Organizational Training needs through TNA.
  • Planning and Development of training calendar on annual basis.
  • Reviewing existing training programs; suggesting enhancements and modifications and meeting the changing needs of the organization.
  • Development of In-House training courses programs that align with company visions & mission.
  • Ensuring that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
  • Training feedback & Analysis based on Training ROI.
  • Job Specification : Education :

    Education :

    Masters Degree (16 years of education) in HRM

    Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office & Prezi Software
  • Location : Green Forts II
