We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Manager in Pakistan to be part of Opontia's Performance Marketing team.
This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who will be a vital part of the Opontia growth team and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of fast-growing eCommerce brands across multiple channels and markets.
Growth Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Performance Marketing.
Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization of key traffic KPIs via paid and organic channels
Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, and feedback & present results.
Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reporting structures for marketing campaigns
The forecast marketing budget for future months / periods
Work closely with the broader marketing team to optimize audience strategies
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably at a startup, e-commerce company or another fast-paced environment with 2+ years of e-commerce experience
Experience in marketing data and analytics
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
A highly entrepreneurial and analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects
Sound time-management and organizational skills; Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to make quick judgment calls under pressure
Desire to work in a high-growth startup environment. Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and deliver results consistently
