We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Project trainee for our Shared kitchens & Concepts team in Karachi. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you! Responsibilities :

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
  • Assist in the operations of foodpanda's Pakistan Shared Kitchen & Concepts - understands
  • how the business operates and lead the strategy to meet capacity requirements, optimize and
  • automate existing processes to reduce vendor content creation and update timely.
  • Implement necessary training, coaching and audits to improve performance KPIs
  • Recommend solutions across the complex range of products and processes.
  • Manage end-to-end data projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources,
  • analyse data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful automated reports
  • Customer and vendor feed-back analysis to enhance the overall customer and vendor experience.
  • Review day-to-day operation processes, identify areas of improvement, and make actionable recommendations based on underlying analysis
  • Be a steward of good data practices - robust documentation, versioning, play booking, processes, and knowledge sharing
  • Automate and validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality
  • Support ad-hoc data requests.
  • Requirements :

  • 3rd or 4th year student in Finance, Marketing, Computer Science or another analytical field.
  • Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to
  • discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings. Must be extremely detailed oriented.
  • Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions and form strong relationships internally and externally and engage with stakeholders.
  • Highly developed numeracy, statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyse and interpret trends.
  • Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
