P&G’s Supply Network Operations (SNO) organization is there to meet these challenges : Forecasting customer demand, handling the information flows from orders, shipments and invoices, and leading the physical distribution process from Distribution Centre to the customer’s shelf.

Your Role Specialty Areas :

  • Lead the orders fulfillment process for each sourcing plant to achieve desired service levels.
  • Manage inventory levels in stocks (warehouses and transits), supervising the adequate turnover of the inventory by SKU, handling reports of products with risk of obsolescence.
  • Coordinate with sourcing plants, Marketing and Sales teams the agreed operating strategy / SLA for each of the sourcing plants / destination combinations.
  • Coordinate and plan with the Initiatives planning teams the adequate supply for the new products to be launched.

    Qualifications

    What we are looking for :

    Bachelor / Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering are desired with minimum 0-3 years of relevant experience (preferred).

    Excellent speaking and written command of the English language.

    Leadership skills.

    Strong organizing and analytical thinking.

    Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional environment.

    Problem solving skills through innovation and creativity.

    Solution orientated approach
