Position Title : Regional Sales Manager - South

We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Regional Sales Manager - South for our Homechefs team in Pakistan. The role is based in Pakistan and will report into the Head of Acquisitions.
Supervising your team’s lead generation efforts and KPIs in your region.
Sign up local home chefs. You’ll be critical in helping us add high quality home chefs to our platform.
Successful on-boarding & hand-holding of new home chefs.
Setting & supervising team performance and KPIs on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Staying in touch with ground realities.
Support of the home chefs in the constant improvement to a top online delivery service.
Build a high-performance team in the region.
Responsible for looking after the account growth and account management.
Take ownership of the launch of a new segment / new cities.
To establish, maintain and manage strong relationships with home chefs, and prospects.
Expanding home chefs into new cities.
Coordination with cross functional departments to ensure full spectrum of smooth campaign & city launches.
Liaise with operations and compliance to ensure healthy growth of vendors.
Ensure that service levels are maintained (keep in mind fail rates and delivery times).
Measure performance and growth using appropriate systems, tools and techniques for all cities in the region.
Sales of innovative upselling products to existing home chefs.
Preparation of offers and conducting of negotiations.
Responsibility and realization of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
A Regional Manager owns his / her cities. We are looking for people who put their cities on the map!
What we are looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field. Masters is a plus.
5 years experience in business development and management.
Must be a native of Karachi and actively worked in the city.
High level of independence, self-confidence and responsibility.
Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multitask.
Willingness to relocate to another location within the region.
