Your Responsibilities

  • Abilityto develop Business Intelligence insight and analysis, and drive innovativeproject to improve the customer experience
  • Ensureexcellent service levels are maintained
  • Achievethe applicable sales targets
  • Maintainand improve the budgeted revenue and profit growth through the proactiveacquisition of customers.
  • Execute& Follow up with KN Global Network for reverse selling
  • Strictadherence to QSHE guidelines
  • Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor’sDegree or equivalent
  • Minimum5 years of sales experience in Import trade / Freight forwarding
  • Abilityto converse in English fluently
  • Shouldbe Customer Centric as such can easily put yourself into customer shoes
  • Strongteam player and a driven sales personality
  • Pursueself-development in constant engagement in building on strengths developing onweaknesses.
  • Proactivelyrequests to participate in relevant job related programs to enhance knowledge.
  • Proactively demonstrating a good understanding on job described.
