We are a talented and dedicated team located across the globe and we truly work together to make great things happen ABOUT THIS ROLE We are hiring an experienced Administrative Officer to help us keep growing.

This role would act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

This role would also be responsible for keeping day-to-day office operations working smoothly and efficiently. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations when necessary
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Manage employee lunch schedule and delivery on a daily basis
  • Supervise admin support staff and assign duties where necessary
  • Answer queries of employees and assist them to the best of ability
  • Investigate variations and carry out research to provide budgetary information using available systems.
  • Process and respond promptly to incoming communications (post, telephone, email, face to face), accurate message taking, copying, and distributing information as necessary
  • Support the recruitment, induction, supervision, and learning of others as required
  • Administer grants, payments, and transactions (e.g. employee claim forms, travel warrants, reimbursement forms).
  • Undertake general clerical and administrative tasks to support the service as required (e.g., photocopying, scanning)
  • Assist with in-house & and external employee engagement events
  • Correspondence with vendors to get quotations for company-related events
  • Develop the necessary skills and knowledge to be flexible in support of the development of the organization
  • Any other duties assigned by the manager

  • 3+ years of proven administrative work experience
  • Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as fax machines, modern phone systems, and copy machines
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
