Job Description

Helping shape and drive the digital channel strategy (ATM, mobile, internet, IVR etc.) to acquire new to bank customers and increase digital product sales and engagement.

Ensuring all digital change adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements

Setting and monitoring key channel performance indicators (digital engagement, activity and customer satisfaction)

Defining and management of roadmaps for the digital channels from ideation through to implementation.

Requirements

Sound understanding of digital channel's operations and technology

Min Qualification

Should have a BS degree
