Job Summary :

Conduct Customer Training (Instrument and Application), provide frontline technical and scientific troubleshooting / support to ADD hematology customers.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organize and conduct customer training on instruments / applications for all placements either on-site or centralized.
  • Develop, organize and conduct in-house training for concerned ADD staff, identify training needs and execute plans to fill the gaps.
  • Liaise with sales and service to achieve the country’s TOR Goals
  • Record and resolve all complaints in the call management system and ensure all tickets are managed as per company standards.
  • Coordinate with Worldwide Support Team and resolve technical problems which require Level 2 Area Support.
  • Follow-up with other TSS’s and ensure on-time closure of Level 1 tickets and with FQA for Level 2 tickets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction using NPS Tool for Hematology customers.
  • Ensures timely communication to customers on issues related to the use of and nature of Abbott’s products e.g. Field Action, Product information etc.
  • Ensure Collaborating with Sales / Service and Technical Solution Design Team for provide Hematology best practices for Hematology Customers.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • B.S in MLT or B. Sc in Biological Sciences Hematology.
