Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing requirements for Procurement (Globally).
  • Management of Vendors in Countries / cities where equipment is required.
  • Pricing / Contracting.
  • Coordinating with stake holders Requestor, Tech team, Capital Planning (CP) Department, vendor, etc for timely issuance of POs to vendors.
  • Processing / Managing Change Requests with between Requestor, CP, vendor, Tech team, etc.
  • Managing / monitoring track of deliveries by the vendor as per timelines given in PO.
  • Reporting time delays and building up lesson learnt record.
  • Coordinating with Capital Planning / Finance / vendor, regarding payment issues if any.
  • Experience and Skill Set :

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel(Advanced)
  • Negotiation Skill
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Possess Reporting and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to multi-task, working on more than one issue simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external project teams
  • Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferable courses : Stats & Data Analysis, Business Management, Intl Trade, SCM )
  • Nice to Have :

  • Diploma / Course in Contract Management’
