Position at Nakisa
Nakisa has built top of the line SaaS solutions which are being used by Fortune 1000 of today all over the world. Our clients rely on us and our cloud-based solutions every day to perform some of their most critical business tasks and we need your help to keep them happy.
The successful candidate will be responsible to keep the record up to date while making sure the data is correctly entered in excel spreadsheets.

Entering data into the company’s ERP system
Collect and document Credit Card expenses and follow-up with managers to obtain all corresponding documentation
Entering data into excel spreadsheets from source documents within time limits
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to manage the information accordingly
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Bachelor's degree in any Business Subject
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Typing speed and accuracy
Must be able to maintain the data security and confidentiality
Good to have
Working experience with Software Industry
Prior knowledge of Data Entry & Its processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains
