The Role

  • National and International travel along with hotel and meeting hall bookings for staff in Pakistan as well as in Oxfam’s different operational locations.
  • Provide Support in day to day administrative task that includes managing nursery attendants.
  • Timely processing utility bills, preparing reports, process staff mobile bills and another related task.
  • Timely Process payment documents as per Oxfam policies and donor’s compliance
  • Managing small and big events of the projects / programmes.
  • Arrangement of Visa / invitation letter for national and international staff.
  • What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or any other relevant subject.
  • Minimum with 2-3 years working experience in administration at high level in large companies / organizations.
