Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Manage weekly execution of marketing campaign roadmap
  • Interface with support agencies (Affiliate & PPC) to optimize their efforts and ROI
  • Own the Marketing Generated Leads pipeline and goals for B2C sales team
  • Own month over month ecommerce revenue number
  • Report and analyze weekly / monthly / quarterly metrics for goals and KPIs to optimize.
  • Expert Generalist" understanding digital marketing practices (email, PPC, SEO, social).

  • Strong messaging and marketing writing skills are must
  • Work with a cross functional team to execute on the roadmap and achieve KPIs
  • Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications :

    Education and Experience

  • We are seeking a dynamic candidate as Marketing Manager. Experience in Product Marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Background in Information Technology and / or Training industry is highly helpful.

  • The candidate must have 5-8 years’ experience in driving revenue, leads and pipeline through multi-channel marketing programs spanning email, digital and events.
  • Competency Identifiers

  • Should have experience of how marketing campaigns are run (ecommerce campaigns, lead gen campaigns, brand awareness campaigns)
  • Should have basic knowledge of SEO
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Talented (Sharp with a strong learning curve)
  • Project Management Skills (Highly organized)
  • Good at Research / Strategic
