The Role : Senior Associate, FIG Client Services

You will be part of a diverse global team responsible for providing client support on our business intelligence tools. You will hold investigative conversations with clients to drive product usage and revenue.
You will be the nerve center of the organization where you are the face of the organization to our clients. You will help them with their questions while showcasing your vast knowledge of our tools, our data and the industries we cover.
You will also be their advocate and work with different teams inside the organization across many functional areas (Sales, Technology, Content, Industry Research etc.).
The Financial Institutions Group team is responsible for providing client support for our business intelligence tools by communicating with clients & driving product usage.
Being present in US, Pakistan, India, Philippines, United Kingdom and Argentina makes it a truly global team. Members of the team get to learn in-depth of global financial industry knowledge, produce webcast presentations and develop technical skills.
You will also work with different teams inside the organization across many functional areas (Sales, Technology, Product Management, Content & Industry Research, etc).

Based on planned growth & initiatives, you can emerge to become a specialist or an assistant manager. You will be a leader in the team and will be heading FIG projects as well as new hire trainings.
Partner with product teams on the timely and thorough testing of our products, with an eye toward the client experience.
Help clients with MI mapping tools to conduct market analysis related to mortgage, demographic and asset level research
Lead Proactive Outreach Campaigns on U.S. bank regulations and product enhancements.
Work with other senior associates / specialists on projects and develop subject matter expertise in the FIG industry.
Conduct webcasts for our clients with expert knowledge on U.S. GAAP financials and Regulatory disclosures.
Use Excel Intermediate knowledge to create templates on multiple combined datasets currently not available on the website.
Create SFDC reports and analyze the data to improve the daily procedures of the team.
Lead associate trainings and mentor new hires.
Lead FIG projects assigned and be able to initiate self-driven projects and initiatives.
What we're looking for?
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance and / or relevant work experience required
Glasslike communication skills
Strong collaboration skills
Financial knowledge or knowledge of the global economy
Proficient ability to navigate and use common computer programs
1-2 years working experience on client service role (Preferably in the Financial institutions Group sector)
Good knowledge of the Capital IQ pro platform and excel add-in
