We Are Looking For:

A dynamic sales and business development leader who can respond to our inbound leads but also support identifying and building new lead sources.  The ideal individual has experience selling SaaS in a consultative sales approach and has an affinity for some of the creative work to build a pipeline and market presence.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability in SaaS business model sales.
  • B2B experience navigating through C-level executives and owners within assigned brands.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan for high volume prospect engagement to drive revenue and brand awareness;
  • Achieve key activity (e.g. demos, pursuits, proposals, calls, email engagement, etc.) and performance metrics;
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and yearly targets for outreach and sales
  • Follow up with qualified inbound leads in your pipeline and convert them to paying customers
  • Track and monitor account health: from onboarding to maintenance, concerns expressed by clients, issues identified through customer escalations, and identify the churn risk of all assigned customers.
  • Strategize, conceive, and execute internal processes that streamline and scale Customer Success work
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Plum tree technology, with an emphasis on Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time Customer Data and be able to clearly articulate business value
  • Ensure flawless end-to-end program delivery, including leading client kickoffs, implementing concurrent project plans, and facilitating partner meetings that deliver incredible value with data and insights.
  • Craft clear and effective messaging, communications, and presentations for partners.
  • Take responsibility & initiative on renewal/expansion opportunities within accounts.
  • Join a collaborative team and company to ensure solid sales experience for prospects/partners, improve our organization's processes, support our company values, and bring your unique and authentic you.
  • Ability to provide solution pitches of how our software is uniquely capable of solving specific business issues such as increasing revenue
  • Responsible for special client projects, requirement gathering, communication with cross-functional teams, management, and delivery as per the SLA/Contract.
  • Increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through cross-selling and upselling our services.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of related experience in technology (customer success, consulting, business development, sales engineering, client-side experience, marketing etc)
  • Good interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in SaaS Sales
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry

  • Visualizing sales and lead data to build a revenue-generating plan of action.
  • Proficient in CRM software and effective in pipeline management
  • In-depth knowledge of sales cycle and customer experience management
  • Collaborate with others including external partners as well as the ability to work autonomously, be outcome-oriented and be a strong team leader
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and translate the features of a range of products into business benefits
  • Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic and nurturing environment
  • Strong management skills in regards to following up, scheduling, and tracking sales data.
