SUMMARY

Provides secretarial support to a site or department administrator. May have additional functions

specific to area of assignment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Three (3) years business office or clerical experience

Customer Service Experience

Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend

written / graphic and oral instructions.

Ability to work independently

Computer Skills, to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database experience (Microsoft office)

Basic Math Skills

Any equivalent combination of experience, training, or education.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Legal Contracts

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE

FBI fingerprint background check.

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
