Mindshare is looking for a Social Media Manager. You will be a partner with integrated planning team and external media partners to drive integrated solutions and overseeing the quality of work that gets delivered to the client.

In Three Months :
Develop brilliant account service skill and professional campaign management skill.
Comprehensive training system : You will receive direct coaching from agency’s senior members and training across all communication disciplines.
Part of an overall marketing team : You will be fully involved in the marketing communication process through working closely with client’s media and marketing communications team.
In six months :
Understand and take ownership of this client’s digital communication activities.
Built a good relationship with the key decision makers internally and externally.
Understand Mindshare’s value proposition The Content and Connection Agency to the importance of the digital approach.
In six months,
Taken control of the day to day management of the social media planning communication activities.
Anticipated what is needed to stay on track to secure, grow and solidifying client relations, and to take action appropriately.
Provided training for the junior level in the digital planning team as well as to the integrated planning team.
In 12 months,
Lead and completed review / planning proposal for the client assigned.
Lead and implemented new digital initiatives for the client assigned.
What your day looks like at Mindshare :
Social media campaign creative idea contribution, documentation & execution.
Social media content writing and distribution.
Project coordination between clients, internal teams, 3rd party vendors and social media platforms.
Quality control for 3rd party vendors’ work and content.
Daily client service with line manager’s supervision.
Daily social media operation (e.g. social real-time-bidding account operation)
What you need to bring :
Ensures the production of all creative concepts that are used in all visual communication mediums including video, online marketing, website, social media and digital packaging.
Can work on multiple projects and collaborate with team members in a fast paced environment.
Good understanding of all media channels, both traditional and digital.
Demonstrate sharp, strategic & critical thinking and effective problem solving skills.
Consistently exhibit natural curiosity and dynamism.
Effectively work collaboratively.
Innate ability to respectfully challenge the status quo.
Excellent communication skills and experience working across large media budgets.
Minimum qualifications :
Must be a BBA / MBA from a reputable university of equivalent.
Must have an experience of 2 years working in social media within an agency.
