We are a global team with presence inIndia,Pakistan and the Philippines. We support thecommercial front-line team in the Order-to-Cashworkflow.

The COPS andCRMhelpteam are currently going through a merger into one larger team CRM, Operations.
The Impact :
TheCRM Opsteam plays a critical role in the commercial buying experience. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of the team with impact to the entire Commercial organization as well as to the client experience.

Draft contractsfor new sale and renewal throughcreate a contract (CAC) tool within Salesforce
Assisting internal partners in fixing net renewal rate (NRR)in salesforce Einsteinandprovidingsupport
Participating in data governance projects and assist withclean-upactivities within salesforce.
Participating in UPF projects and assist with providing meaningful solution.
Resolvinggeneral inquiries related to new sales and renewals.
Providing subject matter expertise while performing the root cause analysis of issues within OTC system to ensure better data quality and client buying experience.
Collaborate with differentinternaldepartments such as order management,legal, fulfillment, Cash apps and collections to resolve client queries.
Strong comprehension, oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
