The Treasury Operations Manager for our Global Treasury will ensure efficient day-to-day treasury operations and will be responsible for Cash Management, Cash forecasting, FX dealings, Treasury Projects, and also for all Payments and Collections.
Main Responsibilities :
Define and maintain the treasury infrastructure for all markets for optimized treasury operations
Managing treasury relationship with Uber treasury and owning the funding and repatriation of monies to and from all Careem entities (Loans, TP settlements, etc)
Monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
Analysing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, loans, deposits, etc.)
Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting
Managing banking relationships
Driving treasury specific projects / initiatives across Careem globally
Accounting, Reporting, Month end closing with respect to FinOps items and Audits (incl Bank Reconciliations and cash flow statements)
Take ownership of all cash inflows and cash outflows of Careem bank accounts globally (Be clear on funds flow process of all LOBs)
Complete ownership for drivers payments process
Collections ownership incl Credit cards, Corporates and Drivers
You possess a degree in Finance or accounting
You are a qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, ICAEW, CPA)
You have 5+ years of prior work experience in a similar role
You have managed a team of associates
You are familiar with Oracle financials (preferable)
You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
