About the team

The role would require the candidate to work as part of the strategic planning team. The candidate will be responsible for managing incentives end-to-end across planning, budgeting, ensuring adherence, impact analysis, assessment framework, and recommendation.

The role would require the candidate to present strong quantitative aptitude.

What you'll do

  • Manage incentives end to end across planning, budgeting, ensuring adherence, impact analysis, assessment framework, and recommendation
  • Ensure adherence to budgets through monitoring systems, dashboards, and automated alerting mechanisms
  • Act as the single point of contact for marketplace incentive performance and assessments, across all verticals and regions where Careem is present
  • Create scorecards, measurement tools, and KPIs to monitor performance, highlight trends, and analyze drivers of variances vs budgets
  • Support team on ad-hoc initiatives / special projects
  • What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with experience in finance
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SQL, Tableau
  • Proficiency in building models, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to translate and effectively communicate analytical data to non-technical professionals
  • High business acumen, ability to understand the business
  • Ability to engage with all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally
