About the team

The role would require the candidate to work as part of the strategic planning team. The candidate will be responsible for managing incentives end-to-end across planning, budgeting, ensuring adherence, impact analysis, assessment framework, and recommendation.

The role would require the candidate to present strong quantitative aptitude.

What you'll do

Manage incentives end to end across planning, budgeting, ensuring adherence, impact analysis, assessment framework, and recommendation

Ensure adherence to budgets through monitoring systems, dashboards, and automated alerting mechanisms

Act as the single point of contact for marketplace incentive performance and assessments, across all verticals and regions where Careem is present

Create scorecards, measurement tools, and KPIs to monitor performance, highlight trends, and analyze drivers of variances vs budgets

Support team on ad-hoc initiatives / special projects

What you'll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with experience in finance

Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SQL, Tableau

Proficiency in building models, spreadsheets, and dashboards

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to translate and effectively communicate analytical data to non-technical professionals

High business acumen, ability to understand the business

Ability to engage with all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally
