Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Work with engineering team to improve user experience : design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
Bachelor’s degree in BSCS or BS (Telecommunication).
Should have freelancing or industry experience as a technical writer.
