We are hiring a Lead Technical Advisor in Karachi. You'll lead internal / external client technical advisory and advise on strategy, pre-sales staging proposals, platform solutions, technology implementation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring market trends and business opportunities in technology solutions, developing and implementing innovative and state-of-the-art solutions, writing technical components of proposals, and working with C level stakeholders to advance organizational learning in technical domain.

Provides superior technical leadership guidance and management support.

Facilitates leadership in emerging technologies, enabling teams to access the latest technical trends and best practice materials

Work with internal and external cross functional teams to support and deliver technical advisory services.

Work with the client and technology vendors to review architecture and other key technical deliverables

Advise the relevant internal and external stakeholders and teams on best practices

Understanding overall scope and bridging gap between business and technical deliverables.

Document required reviews and recommendations

Subject-matter expert and technical lead in developing service offerings and solutions, including project design, operationalization of strategies, and implementation of large-scale programs.

Work with existing back-end teams to ensure their systems are following best practices and are in a good shape to be integrated with the new product.

Help client navigate effectively with the vendors and other stakeholders to deliver a successful and robust product on time

Work with internal and customer resources to understand emerging technologies, technical roadmaps, and how it applies to the customer environment

Partner with internal and client resources to provide technical direction during project initiation

Develop solution alternatives to meet business needs and considers the costs and risks for any trade-offs.

Conduct research, data management and statistical analysis.

Required Qualifications

Msc in Computing or MBA

Bachelor's Degree in Computing / Computer Sciences.

More than 8 years of experience working on large scale applications architecture in a complex legacy environment with exposure to platform solutions implementation i.

e. Cloud services, CRM, Security and data management solutions.

Demonstrate teamwork and can work independently when required.

Ability to work with and help resolve ambiguous requirements

Experience with on-shore and off-shore engagement that requires strong communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Supports the decision-making processes related to the selection of IT architecture solutions

Experience working with and leading matrix teams including teams in different time zones

Preferred Skills

Hands on experience in technical consulting, advisory or professional services for international clients whether Public or Private sector

Understanding of enterprise IT systems, hosting solutions, networking, telephony, server technologies, and databases.

Business analysis, understanding of solutions functional requirements and it’s mapping.

Basic understanding of data centers, cloud services, crm solutions and how hardware is deployed

Comfortable with taking on new and ambiguous challenges

Preferred Certifications

AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure Cloud Certifications

Salesforce certifications.

Prince 2 / PMP

ISO 27001 Internal auditor

GDPR / HIPAA
