Job Role and Responsibilities :
As one of the brains behind delivery operations done by our delivery heroes and managed by our partner BPO, you will be responsible for the process design, optimization and analysis for foodpanda covering one of the key stakeholders of the business : riders.
You will lead towards building the best in class service functions to address rider’s pain points during live delivery and to improve the processes to reduce cancelations and fail rates
You’ll be in a highly data driven role to daily track the impact of our delivery operations and ensure that cancelations due to logistics constraints are minimized
You’ll work closely with logistic BI & performance, service operations, supply acquisition and fleet management teams to measure and communicate the impact and efficiency of new and existing business processes
You’ll ensure that processes are digitized and automated in a way that manual intervention and touching of an order is reduced to practically zero
You’ll be required to constant optimize processes conduct analysis based on both qualitative and quantitative data, get to the bottom of a problem and suggest opportunities for improvement for our delivery experience
You will take all measures necessary to ensure no order is cancelled, customer experience remains stellar and operational losses are minimized
Every day you would be consistently identifying and monitoring how forces within the system can potentially give us cash loss
You’ll develop reports, dashboards and views for higher management on cancelations, rider fail rate and all those KPIs that form quintessential part of customer experience about our delivery and overall logistics
You’d be expected to work cross-functionally with our regional team based in Singapore and Central SSC Ops team in Malaysia, along with Regional Product team and local PK cluster teams
You will influence both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. BPOs) and collaborate across a wide variety of levels
You’ll work with our trusted AAA vendors and valued partners to ensure live compliance of rider fleet is up to mark always
A 4 year degree program in STEM from a reputable institution is a must, an MBA in Supply Chain or Operations would be a plus
You are comfortable using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau). Experience in SQL would be a huge advantage
Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way
Extremely analytical, data-driven & with a keen eye on process improvement
Effective communication and inter-personal skills with a problem-solving aptitude is the cornerstone of your personality
You must be adept at G-Suite
