We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Virtual Account Manager for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor comfortable working independently, reporting to Manager Commercial Operations.
Drive critical projects relevant to the long tail account management team.
Responsible for portfolio of long tailed accounts
Ownership of Vendor Performance KPIs
Identifying and obtaining additional data / information needs before approaching vendor
Outbound Calls to specific set of vendors in order to facilitate their growth on our platform
Provide training and guidance to our vendors in accordance with their health score
Follow-up and maintain vendor relations and always be available for vendor problem resolution
1 to 2 years experience in a related role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often changing environment
Effective project and time management skills
Experience of BPO and Vendor Services will be preferred
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
