We are currently looking for an Assistant Media Planner - Digital to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for devising digital strategies for a portfolio of brand, working with globally renowned publishers, and continuously innovate in the growing digital Industry.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to General Manager - Digital

  • In this role, your goals will be :

    In three months :

  • Assisting Senior Media planner in managing the client expectations on regular deliverable.
  • Assisting Senior Media Planner in managing the client and bring in new digital ideas for the client / brand portfolio.
  • In six months :

  • Assisting in setting the digital way-forward for brand.
  • New platform exploration and develop connected platform digital media solutions.
  • Assisting Senior Media Planner to pitch for new businesses.
  • In twelve months :

  • Emerged as the go-to person both internally and amongst client for digital solutions.
  • Become proficient in handling and resolving conflicts.
  • Showcase digital work done for awards.
  • What your day job looks like at Mindshare :

  • Suggest ideas and be on the lookout for innovative campaigns & executions.
  • Assist media planner in plan development by making plans and entries.
  • Help media planner in plan deployment and coordinate with partner agencies to ensure timely deployment.
  • Report on campaign tracking and post buy development.
  • Assist team in facilitating client requests.
  • Help the team where required with new platforms & deal negotiation.
  • Help the team where required with partner management.
  • What youll bring :

  • Keen interest in Digital and digital trends.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills / presentation skills.
  • Google Certified, (otherwise will need to be certified before the end of probation).
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Must be an BBA / MBA from a reputable university of equivalent.
  • 1+ years experience in digital planning / marketing / media.
