Objectives of the Position

  • Facilitate industry cluster by providing effective technical support and training to the customers. Provide sustainable solutions to retain, regain and develop sales;
  • develop new markets and products; scout new opportunities and maintain networking at all levels in customer power map.

    Main Tasks

  • Create value proposition for the customers through conducting seminars and workshops and provide innovative solutions and technical support to develop new businesses as well as to retain existing sales.
  • Develop proposals on marketing and technical solutions for customers
  • Provide technical support for new product launches and secure additional business opportunities by identifying key customer needs in terms of product application, service requirements for specialized products
  • Resolve technical issues and provide trouble shooting services and solutions at customers' site, where required.
  • Produce regular market intelligence & customer survey reports and identify new avenues to ensure continuous business development.
  • Responsible for providing adequate technical support to facilitate sales in respective industry cluster.
  • Collect customer data, feedback, and expectations as input for preparation of presentations, seminars, and Workshops to promote the products and services.
  • Support effective implementation of systems and processes, resulting in delivering EHS target set for the country and conformance to regulatory and environment standards in respective business.

    Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

  • Education : Bachelors in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Working Experience : Minimum relevant experience of 2-5 years
