This position will be, within the Retailer Customer Success team for the Africa Middle East Region, responsible for delighting clients around AME through delivering retail measurement insights and analysis.
Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Retailer clients around AME
Providing in-depth consulting services and delivering insights and analytics as well as thought leadership
Developing deep knowledge of Nielsen IQ RMS solutions and delivering value for clients
Working closely with the Consulting Lead, Global Reporting Centre and Retailer Vertical to transform customer experience
Consulting clients to optimize use of NielsenIQ Essentials
Developing and delivering business solutions for client performance tracking
Ensuring all client activities are logged in and follow standard SLA for tickets assigned
A little bit about you
Working with both your NielsenIQ colleagues and spending time with Retailer clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client needs and requirements.
You'll use this knowledge to develop in depth analytics and create compelling stories that deliver the insight to drive business growth.
You will be part of a team of client service individuals who specialize in FMCG / Retail at NielsenIQ.
At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or statistics
2-4 years’ work experience, preferably within NielsenIQ, Retailer, consumer or trade marketing, analytics and insights or market research.
Knowledge of the Retail / FMCG industry within Middle East and Africa
Knowledge of research techniques and NIQ methodologies would be an advantage
Detail oriented, excellent analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good interpersonal skills are a must
Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) ,
Knowledge of PowerBi or Tableau and Microsoft Dynamics would be an added advantage
