Role :

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager . Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 to 10 years’ recruiting-related experience with 3 years in the capacity of a managerial role.

Exposure in technical recruitment or in the software industry would be ideal.


What you will deliver :

  • Manages 10Pearls Pakistan recruiting teams : remotely and on site
  • Build engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing staff in an extremely fast-paced and agile environment
  • Be accountable for high levels of service through success metrics, diagnostics and goals
  • Manage multiple complex projects effectively both independently and collaboratively with global cross-functional partners, including process or experience issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives of recruiting processes and technology solutions
  • Partner with key stakeholders (Management, Hiring Managers, Recruiting Managers and Recruiters) to determine future talent needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies;
  • this requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels (both domestic and internationally) where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands

  • Build the Referrals strategy and partnerships needed to qualify and share talent from candidate channels with recruiting and business partners, while providing an optimal candidate and internal employee experience
  • Be up to date with various online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and recruit the very best candidates
  • What you need to bring :

  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders, frequent change and diverse objectives
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer systems
  • Hands-on in day-to-day operations while taking a big-picture solution focused view
  • Collaborative team player who can manage competing demands and needs of multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills to keep priorities on track
