Execute the company’s recruitment program for management employees by planning, coordinating and implementing the recruitment and selection strategy.
Responsible for induction and hiring the selected candidates.
Review and report contractual & monthly HR data beginning of every month, review monthly headcount data, review weekly recruitment update for China team
Compile existing policies and procedures; and recommend changes as and when required to ensure that the policies and procedures are competitive and in line with the organization’s needs.
To implement existing and upcoming global HR policies and procedures.
Ensure timely and effective completion of the performance appraisal exercise and annual salary review.
Undertake review and revision of compensation and benefits packages for internal and external equity.
Create best management practices by providing coaching and counselling to employees as and when required and coaching managers to provide the same.
Engage managers to improve ongoing performance management processes.
Ensure exit process is managed as per protocol; Final Clearance Report handed over on time, exit interview conducted, Ensuring assets are collected on last working day and supervising deactivation and closure of all accounts (BDS, Perform, ServiceNow, SF) and issuing of experience letters.
Payroll experience is a must, with basic understanding of income tax rules.
Managing payroll through a 3P service provider (BSH / ADP), inputs, outputs, recons, finalization and disbursements.
Liaise with external training consultants to provide required training for employees.
Carry out in-house trainings whenever necessary.
Maintain database of all management employees.
Assist employees in Success Factors related queries, ensure employees status is correctly updated in Success Factors.
Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and coordination of events between participants and organizations
Support HRBP in all events planning / coordination
Beginning to end execution / managing engagement survey and sharing results with line managers and working on action points
Reporting to China Cluster on as and when basis
Education : MBA from a reputed Institute
Experience : 5 6 Years in relevant field.
