Recruitment :

Planning and implementing recruitment strategies to target and onboard high-quality human resources.

This will involve handling the end-to-end recruitment process from approvals to formulating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

Provide assistance in developing training material and presentations

Organize training events, scheduling conferences, and training room time for various training events.

Create training course schedules and training timetables

Work with internal team to support recruitment efforts. Provide recruitment counseling and guidance to hiring managers.

Manage the complete recruitment process and life cycle, from need analysis to offers.

External outreach- liaising with recruitment partners that include LinkedIn and

Collaborate with the internal HR teams for timely employee onboarding and orientation

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

    To be successful in this position, you must have a doer attitude, excellent writing, communications skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

    Work Schedule :

    Business hours can extend into the evenings to accommodate the needs of the current workload and special projects. Flexibility & commitment is a must.

    Skills :

    Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Urdu.

    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

    Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
