Actas the primary point of contact for theprogramin the APAC regionboth internally and externally
Serve as a program champion by leading initiatives that increase awareness, drivingcompliance and articulatingthe value of theprogram.
Be an agent of change and an innovative problem-solver who can generate scalable solutions to business problems with speed, agility and quality in partnership with cross functionalteams
Assessandmanageday-to-dayprogramoperations inthe APAC regiontoensure
Serve as point of escalation for internalcustomers
Provideadministrative process support to ensure program transactions flow asexpected
Manage theMSPteam’s performance in the APACregion
Coordinate with AP regarding billing questions and issues
Recruit, mentor andmanagethe EWReportingAnalystby providing day to day directiontoensure data quality, consolidation and communication of reporting and data to keystakeholders
Assist and advise talent and procurement teams, to optimize sourcing initiatives, cost-effectiveness and ensure compliance of negotiated agreements to establishedEWpolicies and practices, including service levels and deliverables.
Establishand managestandards andprocesses
Monitor and maintainfunctional points of contact between vendor organization(s) and internal customers.
Minimum ofaBachelor’sdegree in Business,Economics, Organization Behavior, HR,IT,orotherrelevantfield
5+ years of relevant professional experiencein a leadership role with responsibility foran EW programata multi-national companyor at aStaffing Agency, vendor management system (VMS) company or a managed service provider (MSP)company.
10-15 years of leadership experiencepreferred
Demonstrated track record of successfully transforming global enterprise business processes that touch multipledisciplines
Experience leading complex global business transformationdesirable
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to influence decisions and build partnerships with cross-functional, remoteteams
Deep understanding of global employment complexity and the ability to design programs that are compliant,culturally-appropriateandscalable
Ability to adapt to a fluid, unstructured environment and ability to produce results or troubleshoot issuesindependently
Working knowledge of employee classification rules and the legal environment surrounding contingent workers
Data presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, management, anddevelopers
