The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring all projects are running smoothly on budget, and on time. You will liaise with project team members to gather, analyze and monitor project data as well as prepare project status report.

You will need to be open to change, flexible and able to collaborate with several multidisciplinary teams (Customer management, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, etc.).

Create & Implement

  • Implementation of project management and governance processes and tools while ensuring the use of these across all projects to meet quality requirements, budget and schedule of projects.
  • Implement and communicate these standards;
  • Implementation and progress of project metrics;
  • Generate utilization reports and revenue per resources;
  • Propose, develop and implement control strategies and methods;
  • Operate

  • Follow project progress in terms of revenue;
  • Continuous evolution of the Nakisa Project Management Framework (process documentation);
  • Responsible for capacity planning and utilization;
  • Offer a consulting advice to project managers and specialists (coaching, training, support);
  • Produce and analyze project status reports for management;
  • Ensure application of established processes and use of requested project management tools.
  • Analyze & Report

  • Produce and analyze the reports needed to follow up on all projects;
  • Analyze, interpret and report financial, operational and revenue performance trends, identifying areas of opportunity;
  • Actively participate in the development of reporting enhancements, including the creation of new reports templates and analytical tools (i.e., calculators).
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum more than 2 years of experience in project management, PMO support, business analysis
  • Experience in various organizational project offices with project management maturity levels ranging from low to advanced;
  • Good with information technology and analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite including Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUM, IF, AND, OR, NOT, etc.);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Project;
  • Strong ability with aspects related to finance, billing and revenue recognition;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills English.
  • Good to have :

  • PMP or any other relevant certifications;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Tenrox;
  • Ability and interest in creating and delivering internal training on tools and on the field of project management.
