We, the ProServe engineering team in AWS ProServe India LLP ( ProServe India ), work with internal partners / customers to build production-ready applications for the most strategic cloud customers around the country.
It could be anything : tools for the automotive industry to help them develop self-driving vehicles, supply chain management systems that help minimize carbon emissions, tooling for pharmaceutical companies to speed up drug development, and thousand other customer needs.
We solve the world’s most challenging problems using the cutting-edge cloud technology.

Responsibilities
Work culture
Our team solves problems spanning across multiple industries and technologies. As a result, you have the opportunity to contribute where your skills fit best and to grow new skills.
Our projects typically last 4 12 months, starting with an initial ideation and design phase and ending with a handover after a successful deployment into production.
Our team puts a high value on work-life balance. Most projects do not involve on-call responsibilities.
Most of us work from home; only a few prefer to work in the office. We have flexible working hours with only a few fixed points such as daily stand-ups or weekly team calls.
Of course, we are customer obsessed and also respect our customer schedules while planning customer interactions.
