We are seeking hardworking individuals to join our Supply Chain Engineering Team Candidates will work on significant meaningful projects, gaining real-world business experience at an accelerated pace.
Highlight and drive resolution to planningissues;gaps between strategy, manufacturing capability, and market demand
Supervise business performance against targets, conduct root cause analysis to find opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with Supply Chain partners to implement solutions
Build, study, and summarize impacts of various what-if scenarios
Build an understanding of the interaction of Supply Chain technology solutions and partner with Supply Chain and IT to drive improvements
Identify process gaps / improvement opportunities, and collaborate with key partners to implement robust processes
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional forums, meetings, and activities that drive engagement and alignment across the organization.
Communicate business metrics and project status with Global Operations leadership
Analyze demand and supply trends, summarize risks and opportunities to sales, marketing and supply chain teams
Use big data to build large-scale optimization models
Develop and delivery training for the Global Supply ChainorganizationQualifications :
Qualified candidates must possess :
Masters in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Research, Management Science, Computer Science, Engineering orBachelor in Industrial Engineeringor related fields and experience with strong knowledge and interest.
3-5 years of work experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of Supply Chain Master Data Management principles and practices.
Familiarity with Industrial Engineering concepts (queueing theory, lean, theory of constraints, Little’s Law, optimization, etc.)
Ability to quickly access data, perform detailed analysis, and summarize insights for leadership (SQL preferred)
