Provide great service to over the counter customers.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
Maintain effective relationship with customers while demonstrating outstanding customer service to enhance customer experience.
Contact existing and new customers to pursue sales leads.
Conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets.
Ensure service point is organized and maintained as per 5S methodology.
Ensure service point’s maintenance and housekeeping is up to DHL standards.
Typically requires a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-2 years’ experience in sales.
Strong interpersonal, business development and selling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to meet deadlines and targets in a challenging environment.
Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
