Brand communications managers will be involved with establishing a brand focus for Efert. This determines the type of image we want to develop for our company and for our products.
Incumbent will be responsible to establish a brand strategy and then determine how to incorporate this strategy in the company's communications.
He / She will be involved with everything from social media posts to printed advertisements and newsletters ( related to products and customer base) .
Also all activation activities from planning to execution.
He / she may also be responsible to represent the company in person at events, where required.
The incumbent will be responsible to ensure that a consistent, desirable message is conveyed through the company's communications channels.
He / she may be involved with training sales or company communications staff so that they understand the brand message and how to emphasize it in their communications.
They also work with the Internal Communication department to ensure that company websites ( Products Section and Media page) are maintained and updated with appropriate information.
The ultimate goal of a brand communication manager is to effectively develop a brand image for the company that is appealing to customers and helps increase web traffic and expand their customer base.
Brand communications manager will be required to have a bachelor's degree ( min) from reputed local or foreign University.
We would prefer applicants who have concentrated their studies in subjects such as marketing, public relations or communications.
Studies in journalism may also be an asset. Since brand communications manager will be handling digital / web projects and must be experienced with social media platforms, some formal computer training may be helpful.
Brand communications manager need the decision-making skills to determine the appropriate brand message that will achieve our Company’s goals.
The incumbent must be able to determine the right strategy to introduce and promote the EFERT's brand message. This requires analytical skills that are used to assess the existing customer base and how effective existing marketing strategies are.
Oral and written communication skills are essential so that the brand communications manager can relay the company's brand message in person and through online posts, social media and printed materials.
Brand communications manager need to have good time management skills to coordinate schedules and meet project content / activation deadlines.
They also need to have mathematical skills to help establish an appropriate budget and monitor expenses.
