Job Objective

Maintain existing business, build a good relationship with customers, and collaborate with product deliver and customer satisfaction.

Primary ResponsibilitiesFunctional

  • Prepares Annual Budget for the territory and achieves targeted sales profitability.
  • Ensures price increase per year.
  • Ensures collection from the customer as per the credit terms.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by providing appropriate customer service.
  • Obtains / updates market information of the customers and competitors, to enable frame appropriate marketing strategy.
  • Identifies potential customers and develops them for commercial supplies.
  • Interacts and ensures ACG presence in the market segment and customer assignedKey Result Areas
  • Deliver profitability and positive EBITDA.
  • Increase ACG market share at Pharma and Nutra Accounts.
  • Attend all customers on time and reduce complaints.Key InterfacesInternal
