Job Purpose

To achieve annual volume targets line-wise as agreed with RSM for the specific area / territory.

Key Accountabilities

  • Handling of distributors / retailers on a regular basis
  • Responsible for meeting debtor / collection targets as agreed with RSM on a monthly basis
  • Overdue reduction to 10% as a percentage of total outstanding.
  • Monitor and guide PROs in the achievement of their KPIs
  • Achievement of all leading and lagging KPIs
  • Make business development plans for his / her territory and align it with the RSM
  • Daily visit the markets along with the distributor and build rapport with the customers.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and values, and HSE as per company policy.
  • Increase coverage, the share of the shops, and the share of profitability.
  • Monitor the KPIs of the distributors and conduct a quarterly business review to evaluate the performance.
  • Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institute
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in handling a distributor
  • Should be able to deploy and work with a distributor
  • Willingness to travel to various locations, even on short notice
  • Familiar with MS Office advanced level
  • Should have a strong commercial sense and entrepreneurial attitude
