  • Identify future job openings and the technical requirements for the jobs through engagement with hiring managers.
  • Engaging active and passive relevant candidates.
  • Developing talent pipeline.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Keeping a track of all candidates and providing them with timely feedback.
  • Requirements for Talent Acquisition Associate :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Management
  • 2+ Years of core recruitment experience with technical positions
  • International recruitment exposure will be preferred
  • Impeccable communication skills - specifically over the phone
  • Negotiation & Persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle multiple job requisitions at once
  • The adaptability of working in a fast-paced startup environment
