  • Goal / target / KPI setting for each sub-ordinate for review in appraisals
  • Conducting appraisal sessions to ensure that the sub-ordinate's position in clearly justified to where he / she stands
  • Budgeting / Forecasting / Cashflow management
  • Overseeing treasury function by complete involvement in client communication
  • Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes
