The Technical Sales Officer will ensure effective management of designated sales accounts for Clariant Chemical Pakistan Pvt Ltd , BU-
Masterbatches South Region and ascertain customer satisfaction through effective pre and post sales services, for both direct and indirect sales transactions to all existing and potential customers.
Ensure implementation of day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing department by aligning work processes to meet established targets and objectives in a motivated working environment.
Work to ensure that receivables are maintained at defined level with effective NTR as per designated customer limits.
Review and set monthly and yearly sales targets, follow-up achievements and take corrective actions whenever needed to ensure sales targets achievements are kept within track
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaint matters at all times to ascertain swift response to customer in coordination with Area Sales Manager, and Sales Manager
Perform daily visits to the designated, direct and indirect customers in order to provide pre and post sales services, technical support and conduct product trials to update sales reports as required
Design and carry out market surveys and update database for designated market segments to ensure updated marketing / competition information is present and accessible at all times
Provide professional advice to the Sales Manager, South Region on various Sales & Marketing initiatives and issues to keep him / her informed and abreast of relevant developments
Liaison with intercompany departments to effectively respond to customers and external parties / requests and any internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of all Sales & Marketing transactions.
Job Specification :
3 - 5 years in dealing with Technical Sales and Marketing function preferably with a large organization in the Chemicals or Paint & Coatings sector with 2 -
3 years’ experience in managing sales and marketing processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Polymer / Engineering, or having Business degree would be an additional advantage.
