Job Description

1. Recommend social media and search strategies

2. Optimize existing client e-marketing content

3. Develop and recommended SEO Internet marketing content

4. Compile data to measure KPIs of optimized content

5. Gather and communicate detailed SEO recommendations and assist in the management of their project execution

6. Guide the growth of the SEO / SM as well as product teams within the agency : develop SEO / SM standards and processes for all inbound marketing campaigns

7. Define and report on SEO / Social Media KPIs, set benchmarks and provide strategic and tactical analysis

8. Conduction-site, off-site, and social platform audits to identify opportunities for improvement

9. Link building, digital asset optimization (DAO), social media optimization (SMO), social media integration, content direction, conversion rate optimization, and technical optimization

10. Manage technical project calendars and monitor the editorial project calendars with the Editorial Manager Guide the growth of the SEO / SM as well as product teams within the agency : develop SEO / SM standards and processes for all inbound marketing campaigns

11. Assists with new business development opportunities, developing the SEO road-map & strategy for new clients and campaigns

12. Source, evaluate, recommend and manage vendors for both client and agency use

13. Demonstrated ability to present to clients and internal teams at various levels

14. Experience leveraging social media platforms for SEO campaigns (content strategy, link baiting, social linking)

Job Specification

1. Experience optimizing large dynamic web properties (CMS and e-commerce platforms)

2. Experience with WordPress, Drupal and other content management systems

3. Functional knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, PHP, AJAX,and intermediate developer / webmaster skills are a plus

4. Familiarity with enterprise SEO packages (BrightEdge, Searchlight Conductor, Covario)

5. Experience with multi-lingual, multi-market, or global campaigns is a major plus

6. Cross-channel experience with paid (PPC, display, sponsored social ads) and earned (community management, viral marketing) media is a plus.

7. Strong command of both on-site and off-site SEO best practices

8. Data savvy : strong Excel skills, familiarity with web analytics (Adobe OmnitureSiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, etc.), social analytics (Hootsuite,Context Optional), and SEO (MajesticSEO, SEOMoz, Raven Tools) suites
