This position is for the entrepreneurial-minded who are looking for an opportunity to own a part of the customer experience contributing to operational decisions regarding product implementation, interacting with clients to deliver key results, and collaborating with teams throughout the organization to help build industry-leading products and services and world-class customer experience. Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing project SOW for assigned accounts
Responsible for building processes to meet business needs for enterprise solutions
Responsible for on-boarding and implementation of customer initiatives or business processes in one or more functional domains
Meet with business and technical teams to discuss functional design solutions and alternatives necessary to meet requirements
Conceive and deliver technical solutions to potential customer inquiries
Collaborate with the Edly product team to contribute to the product roadmap opportunities
Help organize and respond to technical sales questions, custom e-learning implementations, and moderate engineering questions
Have complete familiarity with the technical capabilities of the Edly suite of products
Act as a liaison between the Edly Sales team, Edly Engineering and Edly Product team

You are technically sound in finding and wrangling data you need to bring out the insight
Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent work experience
At least one year of experience with technical, implementation or project management teams
Superb verbal and written communication skills
A broad track record with a strong preference for business development and strategic management
Manages for both the short term and long term, for positive ROI
An analytical thinker : able to conceptualize innovative engineering solutions for real-world business cases
Timely and excellent communicator with a strong focus on client relationships
Applies technical understandings to outline problems, solutions, results, and learning
