The Team :

The Credit Product Specialists’ mandate is to help Sales Executives and Relationship Managers torenew and sell new subscriptionsto the Credit and Risk Solutions Business Unit’s suite of data,modelsand other capabilities.

The Credit Product Specialists act as subject matter expertsproviding significantknowledge of credit capabilities includingRatingsresearch and datadelivered via the desktop, feeds andthird partyredistributors, ourquantitative models(market signal, PD and LGD), andqualitative credit assessment scorecards, to serve our clients in managing complex credit risk managementworkflows andissues.

The role of the Credit Product Specialist is critical to the success of the business. The weighting attached to credit from aBoBstandpoint is material and, in an increasingly complex and competitive environment, credit products cannot be sold without the expertise of the Credit Product Specialist.

They provide credibility to the sales and retention process. The role is therefore impactful and high visibility.

  • Responsibilities :

    Supports theAmericasCredit Product Specialist team in day-to-day activitiesfocused on supportingRXnew sales and renewals

    Developcampaigns and initiativesin collaboration with product and commercialfor driving revenue growththrough accurate application of theRXpricing framework for existing clients andidentified unlicensed users.

    Establishes relationships with Sales Executives, Relationship ManagersandProduct Managersand GoToMarketto help in diagnosing, designing and delivering creditresearch and dataworkflow solutions for the market.

    Supports Relationship Managers and New Business Sales in the RX pricingand contracting process,requiring knowledge of and skill inMI’s instances of Salesforce and how to processopportunities and quotes

    Provides constructive feedback to product onclient use cases, competitors, the Pricingframeworkand the sales process

    Collaborates internally to design and deliver credit training on appropriate products.

    What We’re Looking For :

    Foundation in credit and working knowledge of credit matters and financial spreading processes.

    Ability to interact confidently with the team, prospects and clients as well as cross-functional teams within the organization,i.

    e.Product Management, Education, Legal and Marketing.

    Ability to solve complex problems in the sales process and, where necessary, adopt a new perspective using expert judgement.

    Possession of exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and a positive outlook.

    Ability to work well under pressure and to multi-task.

    Strong in Excel andSalesforce

    Excellent knowledge ofMI’sDataFeeds,CIQ, CIQ Pro and RDproducts

    Preferred Qualifications :

    Bachelor’s degree

    Additional language(s) to English preferred
