About Cloud & Network Services
Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services.
It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit.
This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.
The role entails NPO technical team lead as well as functional management of a pool of NPOs at a regional level within Pakistan.
Candidate has to be technically very strong from NPO perspective in all technologies (2g, 3g, 4g) and also inclined in automation.
Automation experience will be a big plus in terms of hands-on experience and driving NPO automation at the team level. The candidate must be flexible in approach and customer-centric in delivery.
The candidate will need to work closely with regional customer team and ensure network optimization with a proactive approach.
As and when needed, candidate to be flexible to support at MEA level in NPO domain.
Be able to manage a team of 20+ NPO senior engineers
Be able to manage the customer through well versed presentations, communication etc
Be able to have an indepth knowledge and understanding of NPO MVO in 2G, 3G and Lte domain
Be able to do cluster optimization for his / her assigned clusters as per the expectations set by the customer
